The Alhambra Wurlitzer was shipped from the factory in April, 1924 as opus 818, a Style B.
 
The Wurlitzer was moved in late 1926 or early 1927 to the Lincoln Theatre in Portland.
 
In October 1926, there were discussions between Sandy Balcom and the theatre's management around moving the Fotoplayer from the Echo Theatre to the Alhambra, but it is unknown if the move was ever completed.

The organ was eventually purchased by Balcom & Vaughan and installed in a Portland synogogue. It was later purchased by Don Ingram of Portland. After Don's death in the mid-1990's, the instrument was purchased by Steve Bray of Portland.
 
In the early 1940s, the Alhambra Theatre was renamed Mt. Tabor Theatre
