The Lark Theatre had a 2/6 Robert Morton theatre pipe organ installed in 1927. In 1936, the instrument was moved to Lyons Music Hall in Seattle.
 
In the 1960's, the organ was purchased by Tom Hobbs of Seattle.

McMinnville's Lark & Gaiety Theatres were owned by Matty and Bob Mattecheck who later opened the Mack Theatre at 3rd & Evans in 1941. It is unknown if the Mattechecks were the original owners of the Lark or if they purchased it from the original owners.
