The Lippert residence Wurlitzer (opus #1003) was originally installed in 1925 in Eugene Oregon's McDonald Theatre as a Style H "Special." In 1955 the instrument was moved to the auditorium at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Eddie Lippert purchased the instrument in 1969. He added a second stop rail to the console and several Wurlitzer pipe ranks.

According to Russ Evans, the instrument was donated in late 2017 to the Holly Theatre in Medford Oregon. It was never installed. The Holly Theatre manager belonged to a U.S. Theatre managers group and subsequently advertised to the group that the organ was available, presumably as a donation. It was accepted by a party in Edmonton Alberta and was in Canada as of November 2018.

Interestingly, even though the Holly Theatre was built after the silent era (opening in 1930), it had organ chambers on both sides of the proscenium.
