The Lyons Music Hall instrument was installed in 1936. It was based around a 2/6 Robert Morton originally from the Lark Theatre (1927) in McMinnville, Oregon.

The organ was eventually purchased by Alden Bice and later J.C. Lagerquist. In the 1960's, Tom Hobbs of Seattle bought the organ. It was stored but never installed.
