Holly St., Grand Theatre on right, 1907-1912

The original Grand Theatre opened at 127 W. Holly St. in 1905. A 2/8 Kimball was installed in 1910.

This location was torn down in 1912 to allow construction of the new J.J. Donovan Building that was built on the site. The new Grand Theater was erected at the same time, behind the Donovan Building, at 1224 Commercial Street. It's likely the 2/8 Kimball organ was moved to the new location, but this has not been verified.
